Natosha Baker is the daughter of Dusty Baker and Alice Lee Washington, his first wife, whom he got divorced before marrying Melissa Baker.

Johnny B. “Dusty” Baker Jr. born on June 15, 1949, is an American baseball manager and former player-manager of the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played 19 seasons in the MLB, most notably in Los Angeles where he played for the Dodgers.

During his time with the Dodgers, he was named an All-Star twice, won the Silver Slugger Award twice, the Gold Glove Award he won once, and the 1977 National League Championship he won in the series. It became his first NLCS MVP to win. He also won the World Series in which he appeared three times and in 1981 he won once.
