Months later, Lil Tjay successfully launched five tracks on SoundCloud that garnered over one million plays. The tracks included “Brothers,” “Resume,” “Goat,” and “Leaked,” each of them accumulating tens of millions of streams. In July 2018, Lil Tjay collaborated with French Record Producer Cash Money AP to create the song “None of Your Love,” which also amassed millions of plays. Afterward, the rapper released his debut EP titled “No Comparison”.

In January 2019, he collaborated with rapper Polo G on the single “Pop Out,” which peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. That same year, his first full-length album, “True 2 Myself” was released and debuted at number 5 on the US Billboard 200.
