Morgan Nicole Reid Allen, formerly Morgan Nicole Reid, is a retired American soccer player who played as a defender. After playing soccer and basketball at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, North Carolina, she attended Duke University where she played soccer at the collegiate level. In 2018, she was drafted in the fourth round of the NWSL College Draft by the North Carolina Courage.

Reid was born in Cleveland, Ohio, but grew up in Cary, North Carolina. At Cardinal Gibbons High School, she was a standout athlete, playing both soccer and basketball. She was a four-year letter winner in basketball and was named team MVP twice as the starting point guard. In 2011, she was invited to attend the U.S. National Soccer Camp in California and was considered for the U.S. Soccer Youth National Team.

Reid’s soccer career at Cardinal Gibbons was also impressive. She helped guide her team to the 2013 State Championship, scoring a goal in the final against St. Stephens High School. Her performance earned her the NCSCA Player of the Year and Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of North Carolina in 2014. She was also ranked as the No. 1 player in the South Atlantic Region.
