She is among the three children of her a dentist father, Rick Bynes, and a dental assistant and office manager mother, Lynn (née Organ). Her father is Catholic and is of Polish, Irish, and Lithuanian descent. Likewise, her mother is Jewish and was born to a Canadian couple whose families were from Russia, Poland, and Romania.
