He won the Super Bowl MVP in 2010 after leading them to victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV. He received the 2011 Associated Press Athlete of the Year award and was chosen as the league MVP for the 2011, 2014, 2020, and 2021 NFL seasons.

Rodgers joins Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Joe Montana, and Jim Brown as the only other players to win the NFL MVP award in back-to-back seasons.

Rodgers has led the NFL six times in touchdown-to-interception ratio (2011, 2012, 2014, 2018, 2020, 2021); six times in lowest passing interception percentage (2009, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021); four times in passer rating (2011, 2012, 2020, 2021); and four times in touchdown passing percentage (2011, 2012, 2020, 2021); three times in total touchdowns (2011, 2016, 2020); twice in touchdown passes (2016, 2020) and once in yards per attempt (2011) and completion percentage (2020).

With a regular-season career passer rating of over 100 (the first player to ever have a rating over 100), Rodgers is third on the NFL’s all-time list of regular-season passer ratings. He ranks second in the postseason in terms of touchdown passes, fourth in terms of passing yards, and sixth overall in terms of passer rating. In the regular season, he owns the lowest lifetime interception rate in the league (1.3%), the highest single-season passer rating record (122.5), and the best touchdown-to-interception ratio in NFL history (4.80).

Many sports commentators and athletes believe that Rodgers is one of the greatest and most talented quarterbacks of all time. Additionally, Rodgers has won the Best NFL Player ESPY Award four times.

In addition to football, Rodgers has a small ownership part in the National Basketball Association (NBA) team Milwaukee Bucks, who won the 2021 NBA Finals.
